## Task Introduction
Given the user’s rating history on items, we want to predict the rating of unseen (user,item) pairs.
We want you to implement matrix factorization to predict the missing value on user-item matrix.

##Dataset
The whole datasets contain two parts, including the training dataset and the testing dataset.

You need to upload your prediction of the rate of every (user, movie) pair in the testing dataset, and try to reach the baseline we set for this competition.
