Cirrhosis is a late-stage liver disease characterized by the replacement of liver tissue with scar tissue, which can lead to loss of liver function. Patient prognosis can vary significantly, and accurately predicting outcomes—whether a patient is likely to recover, require a transplant, or unfortunately succumb to the disease—is crucial for clinical decision-making, patient management, and resource allocation in healthcare.

Your task is to develop a robust machine learning model that accurately predicts the multi-class outcome for cirrhosis patients based on a rich set of clinical features. Using the provided AI-generated dataset, you will build and train your model to classify patients into distinct outcome categories, helping to create a more precise prognostic tool.

The dataset for this competition is AI-generated, designed to simulate real-world clinical scenarios. It contains approximately **35,000 patient records** and **43 columns** of anonymized data, including patient demographics, laboratory test results, and other relevant clinical measurements.
