This competition is for classification of peptides, specifically launch for MLBA students at IIIT Delhi. Training Dataset have have sequence and label/class of peptides. Test Dataset contain sequence of peptides, student need to predict whether a peptide is positive +1 or negative -1 class. Students are requested to make Team by Group_ID which is already discussed in google classroom. All submissions without valid team name will be ignored and student/group will be debarred from further submission. We expect that student will follow ethical practice during this competition. Note: Only team name given in "group assignment" will be legal team name which is "Group_ID". Few students are making illegal team name and submitting prediction via illegal team name. Any student involved in making illegal team name will be penalised. Please do not disclose/share this competition link with anyone.
