The winning team in this challenge will be determined as the first team to publish a solution with the highest score. The solution will undergo validation by the competition host to ensure its integrity and accuracy.

The winning solution will be presented at the Robust and Trusted Internet Geolocation (RTIGeo) session at the CCSW workshop co-located with [ACM CCS 2023](https://www.sigsac.org/ccs/CCS2023/).

The winner will be awarded with flight and accommodation expenses (a fixed sum of USD5,000 will be wire transferred to the winner's account to cover flight, accommodation and registration) subject to the winner attending the CCSW conference and presenting their results.

The winner is required to provide his/her complete solution as open-source.
