  "content": "<p>Hi Dears, I'm facing an issue while trying to submit my notebook for evaluation. After running everything successfully and generating the required submission.parquet file, I went to the \"Submit Predictions\" tab, selected my notebook version, but got this error:</p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>Notebook Inference Server Never Started</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>I checked that my notebook:</p>\n<p>Generates the correct output file (submission.parquet)</p>\n<p>Runs fully from top to bottom</p>\n<p>Saves and commits successfully</p>\n<p>I also tried enabling internet during the commit and re-running the notebook, but that triggered a warning saying internet must be disabled for submission.</p>\n<p>So now I'm confused:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>What causes this error?</p></li>\n<li><p>Is it linked to the notebook’s runtime settings?</p></li>\n<li><p>What is the correct combination of commit settings to ensure successful file submission?</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>If someone has successfully submitted in this competition, could you please share the exact steps you followed?</p>\n<p>Thanks in advance!</p>",

      "content": "<p>the reason is that if the notebook took more than 15 mins before the inference  part start it will throw this error, so you would probably need another notebook for training  and then import your model in another notebook and do inference directly</p>",
