Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the number 1 cause of death globally, taking an estimated 17.9 million lives each year. People with cardiovascular disease or who are at high cardiovascular risk need early detection and management wherein a machine learning model can be of great help. 

Using the given dataset, develop a model that can predict whether a person is at risk of heart disease. For each patient in the test set, you must predict a 0 (negative) or 1 (positive) for the target variable.
