"content": "
hi everyone,
\n
I have a naive question. while exploring the available notebooks for this competition, I came across some of submission notebooks. how to approach them, is it fair to take one of them as a baseline and proceed to create a better version, then submit it. Does such behavior conflicts with competition rules ? think another scenario, what if I directly use the same idea with one of them and submit it? just trying to understand how can I benefit from available notebooks without creating any honor code concern or competition rules.
\n
thanks in advance..
\nbest of luck to everyone :)
",
