      "content": "<p>I had the similar issue, here are mainly few tips to handle it:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>The submission file should have the following name submission.csv</li>\n<li>The notebook needs to create it each time during full run.</li>\n<li>This file needs to be located in ./output/kaggle/working/ directory</li>\n<li>The file available for submission only once the notebook has been saved with \"Run All\" option. Yes, it may take few hours to save the notebook, but it worth it.</li>\n<li>Be aware, during notebook saving process, the internet must be switched off.  </li>\n</ol>",
