  "content": "<p>On the \"Code Requirements\" page, I find the following information.</p>\n<pre><code>- CPU Notebook &lt;= 9 hours run-time\n- GPU Notebook &lt;= 9 hours run-time\n- Internet access disabled\n- Freely &amp; publicly available external data is allowed, including pre-trained models\nSubmission file must be named submission.csv\n</code></pre>\n<p>I assume that the Notebook will also be run when the final results are calculated. Do I have to meet these requirements then as well?<br>\nOr is it okay if these requirements are met when saving?</p>",
