  "content": "<p>Dear All,</p>\n<p>There are lots of packages that you need for installing TensorFlow official model and TensorFlow text. I have collected all those whl and tar.gz files, so you can install two TensorFlow packages in one shot. I also make a public dataset with all packages, you can download them freely if you need.</p>\n<p>Here is the link for the notebook<br>\n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/gavinjang/installing-tf-text-official-model\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/gavinjang/installing-tf-text-official-model</a></p>\n<p>I only collected the numerous package you need.
