Hello, I am new to Kaggle.

I submitted my Notebook and submission csv file yesterday, also, I am attaching it here.
\nAlthough my code run without errors and (I believe) the submission file follows the required format, I received a 'scoring submission error' for all my submissions. I have been wondering what does it mean in practice and how can I improve/prevent it for happening the next time?
