These are the rules:

Download training dataset. 
Train your best model
Predict using test dataset.
Upload a csv file with ONLY two columns: id column (from 0 to 106) and Expected column (predictions). Remember not to shuffle test dataset.

You could try to cheat, but this platform helps to realize when you're cheating, so better not to do that.
