###Kernels Swag Prizes
**Top Kernels Prizes** will be awarded, as counted by number of upvotes.  The competition will be broken into two month-long periods. At the close of each period, awards will be given to the authors of the top 5 most upvoted kernels in the competition that have not previously won this prize. Self-votes and admin-votes will not be counted. Prizes will be awarded on these dates: 8/17/2018 & 9/19/2018. 

**Top 3 Forked and Submitted Prizes** At the close of the competition, awards will be given to the authors of the 3 kernels that have been forked and submitted by the most other competition participants. If one user has forked and submitted an iteration of your code 50 times, it will only count as one.</li>

Note: Authors of multiple winning kernels may be eligible for multiple prizes, but a given kernel can only win once among all prizes.

###Eligibility
Only participants in the Costa Rican Household Poverty Prediction competition are eligible to win prizes. Meaning, at the time the award is being given out, they must have accepted the rules and made a first submission.
