# Week 1 Winners

The Week 1 competition concluded on Thursday and congratulations are in order for OsciiArt, PDD, Roger Li, and other top finishers.  OsciiArt in particular put together a very nice notebook showing how to use lightgbm effectively with both provided and external data, and it has become a great benchmark for all four weeks.  In general I recall that first week being quite hectic and it is impressive to look back and see the quality of models put together in such a short time frame.
