: Unique Id for each time series data point

: HH:MM  ; H: hour , M : minutes

: Readings of raw data observed from i-th sensor (You should have known about the  sensor type through previous questions !! )
'flag'
: 1 --> If datapoint is an outlier ; 0--> else
