✅ Submission Requirements

A valid submission must include the following components. Submissions that do not meet these requirements may not be evaluated.

Your final submission must be submitted before the competition deadline. Draft or unsubmitted Writeups will not be reviewed by the judges.

To submit your project, create a Writeup and click the Submit button after saving.

⚠️ Note: If you attach a private Kaggle resource to your Writeup, it will automatically become public after the submission deadline.

1️⃣ Kaggle Writeup (Required)

The Kaggle Writeup serves as the official project report and must include:

Project Title & Subtitle

Problem statement and motivation

Methodology and approach

Results and insights

Real-world use case or impact

Limitations and future improvements

📏 Recommended length: 800–2000 words
Submissions that are excessively short or lack explanation may be penalized.

2️⃣ Media Gallery (Required)

Attach images or visuals that explain your solution.

✔ dashboard screenshots
✔ charts & visualizations
✔ system architecture diagrams
✔ workflow illustrations

A cover image is required for submission.

3️⃣ Public Notebook / Code (Required)

Your solution code must be publicly accessible.

Acceptable formats:

✔ Kaggle Notebook
✔ GitHub repository
✔ other public code repository

Requirements:

Must be publicly accessible

Must not require login or payment

Must include instructions to reproduce results

Private notebooks will automatically become public after the deadline.

4️⃣ Video Demo (Recommended)

Attach a short video demonstrating your project.

Guidelines:

Maximum length: 3 minutes

Show the problem, solution, and results

Host on YouTube or another public platform

A video is optional but highly recommended for better evaluation.

5️⃣ Public Project Link (If Applicable)

Provide a link to:

✔ live application
✔ interactive dashboard
✔ deployed tool
✔ demo environment

The link must be publicly accessible.

If a live demo is not available, provide a public repository link with setup instructions.

Before submitting, ensure:

✔ Writeup is complete and submitted
✔ Cover image added
✔ Code is public and reproducible
✔ Visuals included
✔ Demo video added (recommended)
✔ Project link provided (if applicable)

Submissions must be original work.

All external tools and data must follow competition rules.

Incomplete submissions may not be judged.
