## Competition Rules

By entering this competition, you agree to these Official Competition Rules.

### 1. Team Limits
- The maximum team size is 2 participants.
- Team mergers are allowed, with restrictions based on submission count.

### 2. Submission Limits
- You may submit up to 5 submissions per day.
- A maximum of 2 final submissions can be selected for judging.

### 3. Competition Timeline
- All important dates (start date, final submission deadline, etc.) are listed on the competition timeline.

### 4. Data Access & Use
- Data can be used for participation in the competition, Kaggle forums, and any other purposes as allowed by the CC BY 4.0 license. Participants must provide proper attribution to the dataset's creator when using or sharing the data. Unauthorized redistribution, or use of the data without appropriate attribution, is prohibited.

### 5. Winner License
- Winners grant the competition sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute their winning submission.

### 6. Eligibility
- Employees and affiliates of the competition sponsor are not eligible for prizes, but may still participate.

### 7. Winner’s Obligations
- Winners must provide the final model's software code, documentation, and any necessary details for reproducing the submission. The winner will be accepted finally after their submission, including the code and model, is reviewed and verified.

### 8. Governing Law
- All claims related to these rules will be governed by the law of the country in which the competition sponsor is located.

### 9. Indeterminate Matters
For any matters not specifically covered by these rules, the decision of the judges will be final.

### 10. Changes to the Rules
- The competition sponsor reserves the right to make changes to the rules or any aspect of the competition, including the timeline, prizes, or evaluation process. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
