There is a starter tutorial Jupyter notebook using python 3 in the [data tab][1]. Simply open the notebook with the associated data files in the same folder. If you run each step in succession, it will generate a simple prediction on the test data that is in the form to submit to the site. 

You should first run this notebook, generate a sample submission file, and submit it to the site before making changes, to make sure everything is set up properly before experimenting.
