# Dataset Description

<p>This dataset contains house sale prices for King County, which includes Seattle. It includes homes sold between May 2014 and May 2015.</p>

<p>It's a great dataset for evaluating simple regression models.

<li><strong>sample_submission.csv</strong> - a sample submission file in the correct format</li>

<li><strong>Unique_idx</strong> - Unique identifier for each row (each home can be sold multiple times; this will be unique for each sale of the same home</li>
<li><strong>id</strong> - Unique ID for each home</li>
<li><strong>Data</strong> - Date of home sale</li>
<li><strong>bedrooms</strong> - Number of bedrooms</li>
<li><strong>bathrooms</strong> - Number of bathrooms</li>
<li><strong>sqft_living</strong> - Square footage of the apartment interior living space.</li>
<li><strong>sqft_lot</strong> - Square footage of the land space</li>
<li><strong>floors</strong> -Number of floors</li>
<li><strong>waterfront</strong> -Dummy variable indicating whether apartment overlooks waterfront or not</li>
<li><strong>view</strong> - An index 0-4 of how good the view of the property is</li>
<li><strong>condition</strong> - An index 1-5 on the condition of the apartment</li>
<li><strong>grade</strong> - An index 1-13; 1-3- fall short in construction and design, 7- avg level of construction and design; 11-13- high quality of construction and design</li>
<li><strong>sqft_above</strong> - Square footage of interior housing space above ground level.</li>
<li><strong>sqft_basement</strong> - Square footage of basement.</li>
<li><strong>yr_build</strong> - Year the house was built.</li>
<li><strong>yr_renovated</strong> - Year the house was renovated.</li>
<li><strong>zipcode</strong> - Zipcode of the house</li>
<li><strong>lat</strong> - Latitude</li>
<li><strong>long</strong> - Longitude</li>
<li><strong>sqft_living15</strong> - Avg square footage of the interior housing living space for nearest 15 neighbours</li>
<li><strong>sqft_lot15</strong> - Avg square footage of the land lots for nearest 15 neighbours</li>
<li><strong>Price</strong> - Price of each home sold</li>
