## 1. Data & Model Usage

- External data is strictly prohibited.
- The use of proprietary, paid, or closed-source models is strictly forbidden.
- Foundation Models & VLMs: The use of Large Language Models (LLMs) or Vision-Language Models (VLMs) for finetuning, labeling, classification, or inference is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- Object Detection Foundation Models: The use of foundation models for object detection or segmentation (e.g., SAM, Grounding DINO, or similar zero-shot architectures) is strictly forbidden.

## 2. Code Submission & Reproducibility

- Participants who finish in the Top 10 on the Private Leaderboard are required to publicly share their full training and inference code, and ensure it can reproduce the final score.
- The code must be published within a maximum of two (2) days after the competition ends; otherwise, the participant may be removed from the leaderboard.
- Teams are encouraged to publish a short article or blog explaining the model selection, design decisions, and training strategy.

## 3. Participation Rules

- Participation is individually, or in teams of up to three (3) members.
- Participation certificates will be provided.
- The use of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

## 4. Prize Eligibility

- Monetary prizes are limited to participants residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Non-residents are welcome to participate but are not eligible for monetary prizes.

## **1. استخدام البيانات والنماذج**

- يُحظر استخدام **البيانات الخارجية**.
- يُحظر استخدام **النماذج المملوكة** أو **المدفوعة** أو **مغلقة المصدر**.
- يُحظر استخدام **النماذج اللغوية الضخمة(LLM أو vLLM)** في التسمية أو التصنيف او التدريب **وتؤدي إلى الاستبعاد فوري**
- يمنع منعاً باتاً استخدام النماذج التأسيسية المخصصة للكشف عن الكائنات أو التقسيم (Segmentation) (مثل SAM، أو Grounding DINO، أو أي معماريات مشابهة تعتمد على مبدأ Zero-shot).

## **2. تسليم الشيفرة (Code) وقابلية إعادة الإنتاج**

- المشاركون الذين ينهون ضمن أفضل 10 في **لوحة الصدارة الخاصة (Private Leaderboard)** ملزمون بنشر **شيفرة التدريب والاستنتاج** كاملة بشكل علني وضمان أن الشيفرة قادرة على **إعادة إنتاج النتيجة النهائية**.
- يجب تسليم الشيفرة خلال فترة أقصاها يومين من انتهاء المسابقة غير ذلك سيتم المشارك من لوحة الصدارة
- يُستحسن أن تنشر الفرق مقالًا قصيرًا أو تدوينة توضح: سبب اختيار النموذج، وقرارات التصميم، واستراتيجية التدريب.

## **3. قواعد المشاركة**

- تُتاح المشاركة فرديًا، أو ضمن فرق بحد أقصى **ثلاثة (3) أعضاء**.
- ستقدم **شهادات مشاركة**.
- يُحظر استخدام **حسابات مكررة أو متعددة**، ويترتب عليه **استبعاد فوري**.

## **4. أهلية الجوائز**

- تقتصر **الجوائز المالية** على المشاركين المقيمين داخل **المملكة العربية السعودية**.
- يُرحّب بغير المقيمين مع ذلك **لن يكونوا مؤهلين** للجوائز المالية.
