"content": "<p>Hello,\nI am quite new to Kaggle and am eager to try some of my NN ideas on this exciting task. The question is - do I strictly have to use Kernels/Notebooks and the languages supported by them? Can I custom code it in another language? Are there any limits or everything would do as long as it provides good score? \nAlso I can see submissions only include output files at this stage so I will provide the code later, is this correct?\nMany Thanks</p>",
