  "content": "<p>I submitted a file like this:</p>\n\n<p>ImageId,EncodedPixels\n0114f484a16c152baa2d82fdd43740880a762c93f436c8988ac461c5c9dbe7d5,1 65536\n.......</p>\n\n<p>Submission failed due to the error:\nEvaluation Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array.</p>\n\n<p>Is this a bug in the metric system?\nOr it simply does not allow the whole image to be mask?</p>\n\n<p>Thanks in advance.</p>",
