From what I gather from the training, what you want is to be able to generate from an image of the cells the individual mask images. You want the submission to be an excel file that will include a list of starting and ending positions of the pixels describing the masks, which if possible, indicates that one is able to generate the mask files which separate out the nuclei. Is this correct?</p>",
