  "content": "<p>Hi Kagglers,</p>\n\n<p>For reasons beyond my control I have been unable to devote enough time to get a working pipeline for this competition so both myself and a friend whom I'm mentoring would like to join an existing team.</p>\n\n<p>What we offer:</p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Python + Keras + Pytorch expertise</li>\n<li>4 GPUs: 3 x 1080 Ti + 1 x 1070 Ti (w/ Threadripper 16 cores, Ryzen 8 cores, i7, etc.) </li>\n<li>Already downloaded and got very familiar with dataset, implemented Unet (to play around) and got 80% of work on Mask-RCNN on Pytorch (using Faster RCNN as baseline), but no submissions yet.</li>\n<li>If you have an existing pipeline we can devote time to extending dataset synthetically (more details privately).</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Let  me know if interested!</p>\n\n<p>Andres &amp; Javier</p>",
