"311281": "Wow, we did very badly on this image, so I guess most of the colour images are in the private LB then. @Heng, I remember you trained external colour images too?",
"311288": "Very Nice ! \n\nA small remark, don't you think that the small yellow particles in the second row are also nuclei ? \nI think H&E DAB stains have been used in this case, and the color are a bit distorted.",
"311396": "the results shown here is trained without external data. Currently, external data training is still on going",
"311609": "Impressive!",
"311936": "Although, I much wonder how your nets perform on different colors. Inverted colors, different color images, etc. Because, they said that the test set is gonna be hell lotta different. And I'm getting extremely different results whether I train on different synthetic colors, or not. If I don't I get a cool score on data similar to what I have at my disposal. Much better than if I do heavy color augmentation. But if I tweak that data, like inverting it, then the results suck and my networks that were trained on heavy augmentation, although they suck in general, are incomparably better on that kind of data.",

"311948": "The color result looks fine. Have you merger gray and color into 1 set and train it? Do you convert color to gray ? I trained on single model but i got only 0.063 lb on color set",
"311984": "Yeah, I also wasn't able to save my nets from annotating that round thing at the bottom. The annotations look really great, hovewer I wouldn't exactly call this a difficult image, as it's not really all that different from the training samples. How does it process this image with inverted colors, for example? I don't know what the actual testing data is gonna be, but I've found quite a bunch of scary images on the net just using image search, so I went hard for the color augmentation. Though with this precision, I'm guessing your net might fare fine even on those and nucleuses at vastly different scale. You've done your homework ;)",
"311986": "If you create synthetic data like it you can get rid of the dot. But the private lb is a different data set, so it may not be worth to overfit public lb",
"311993": "Well, I see it more like a symptom saying something like that the context info doesn't travel that far, or isn't well understood by the net. If you don't care about that, you can actually take care of it during post-processing, I think, as it has a way different hue, saturation and brightness vs the rest of the pack. If you don't want to leave that job to the all-mighty net.",
