"content": "<p>I am trying to see what the LB on my late submission will be but I keep getting the error that my \"submission file must contain all submission ids\". I am almost positive that my run-length encoding code is correct. I have tried creating submissions with the stage1 data, stage2 data, and both but I keep running into the same error. Has anyone else run into this and if so, how you did resolve it?</p>",

What I did was just append a row of 0, 0 rle for those ids and the submission went through fine. Only thing is I got a 0.00 on the LB. Pretty sure it's just a problem with my rle.</p>",
