      "content": "<p>Hi Ildoo,</p>\n<p>Thanks for your question. From a Kaggle perspective, they are happy to see papers published. We at Hatfield Marine Science Center are supportive as well. We understand the time and effort the competitors are putting in and it helps the broader community interested in image analysis to have these cutting-edge approaches published. Our only concern is that the image dataset being used cannot be cited yet and so we would like to know how it would be used in forthcoming articles.
