"content": "
In competition rules page there is a paragraph that says:
"You are not eligible to receive any Prize in the Competition if you are a resident of a country designated by the United States Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control."

I have two question about this paragraph:
\n
1) Is residency important or living country? I mean if I live in USA as a student while being an Iran resident, am I eligible to receive the prize? What if I'm a USA resident living in Iran?
\n\n
2) If one of the team members is USA resident (living in USA) and the other one Iran resident (living in Iran) what's the state of prize eligibility?
",
