  "content": "<p>Hi All,</p>\n<p>Many of you are writing, or planning on writing, papers describing your approach and solution for the NDSB. Please cite the plankton imagery data set using the following:</p>\n<p>Cowen, Robert K.; Sponaugle, S.; Robinson, K.L.; Luo, J.; Oregon State University; Hatfield Marine Science Center (2015). PlanktonSet 1.0: Plankton imagery data collected from F.G. Walton Smith in Straits of Florida from 2014-06-03 to 2014-06-06 and used in the 2015 National Data Science Bowl (NODC Accession 0127422). NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information. Dataset. doi:10.7289/V5D21VJD [access date]</p>\n<p>The competition data set can be accessed using the following link:</p>\n<p><a href=\"http://data.nodc.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/iso?id=gov.noaa.nodc:0127422\">http://data.nodc.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/iso?id=gov.noaa.nodc:0127422</a></p>\n<p>As mentioned before, the Hatfield team asks that you share with us a copy of your finished manuscript prior to submission.
