# 📜 Competition Rules

## 1. Submission Format

You must submit a CSV file with exactly **102 columns**:

* **`Test_ID`** (String): The unique identifier for the drug-target pair.
* **`Severity`** (String): One of 4 classes: `Major`, `Moderate`, `Minor`, `Contraindication`.
* **`Target_Binary_...`** (50 Columns): Binary classification (0 or 1).
* **`Target_PRR_...`** (50 Columns): Regression value (Float  0).

**Note:** The submission file must have the exact same number of rows as `sample_submission.csv` and be sorted by `Test_ID`.

## 2. Evaluation Metric (The "Hardcore" Score)

The final ranking is based on a weighted composite score ranging from **0.0 to 1.0**.




$$Score = 0.4 \times F1_{Severity}^{(Macro)} + 0.3 \times F1_{SideEffects}^{(Micro)} + 0.3 \times S_{PRR}$$

$$S_{PRR} = \frac{1}{1 + \text{RMSE}_{masked}}$$

$$RMSE_{masked} = \sqrt{\frac{1}{N_{pos}}\sum_{i \in Mask}(y_{true}^{(i)} - y_{pred}^{(i)})^2}$$

**Where:**

$$ \textbf{Mask} : \{ i \mid y_{true}^{(i)} > 0 \} $$

$$ N_{pos} : \text{Count of items in the Mask} $$

$$ (y_{true} - y_{pred})^2 : \text{Squared Error (only for Mask)} $$

$$ \sum : \text{Sum of these errors} $$

$$ \frac{1}{N} : \text{Average (Mean)} $$

$$ \sqrt{\dots} : \text{Square Root} $$


1. **Severity (40%):** **Macro F1-Score**. Treats all severity classes as equally important.
2. **Side Effects (30%):** **Micro F1-Score**. Penalizes "all-zero" predictions. You must actively detect side effects to score points.
3. **PRR Prediction (30%):** **Inverse Masked RMSE**.

## 4. Team Limits

* **Max Team Size:** 5 members.
* **Daily Submissions:** 5 per day .
* **Final Submissions:** You may select **2** final submissions for judging.

## 5. Fair Play

* **No Private Sharing:** Sharing code or data outside of your team is forbidden.
* **No Hand Labeling:** You cannot manually label the test set.
* **External Data:** STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You may only use the official datasets provided for this competition. Using outside data will result in disqualification.
* **One Account Per Person:** Violations result in immediate disqualification.
