  "content": "<p>Hello, everybody!</p>\n\n<p>It seems to me that this competition is now broken down and I cannot submit any predictions. I even tried (just for testing purposes) to submit file sample_submission.csv and I obtained this error message:</p>\n\n<p>Error\nERROR: The value '0' in the key column 'Label' has already been defined (Line 3, Column 3) ERROR: The value '0' in the key column 'Label' has already been defined (Line 4, Column 3) ERROR: The value '0' in the key column 'Label' has already been defined (Line 5, Column 3) ERROR: The value '0' in the key column 'Label' has already been defined (Line 6, Column 3) ERROR: The value '0' in the key column 'Label' has already been defined (Line 7, Column 3) ERROR: The value '0' in the key column 'Label' has already been defined (Line 8, Column 3) ERROR: The value '0' in the key column 'Label' has already been defined (Line 9, Column 3) ERROR: The value '0' in the key column 'Label' has already been defined (Line 10, Column 3) ERROR: The value '0' in the key column 'Label' has already been defined (Line 11, Column 4) ERROR: The value '0' in the key column 'Label' has already been defined (Line 12, Column 4)</p>\n\n<p>This means that any label cannot be repeated in submission file?!!
