I have 2 submissions for digit recognizer one with SVM(https://www.kaggle.com/code/sumitgunjal/digitrecogniser-svm) and other with CNN(https://www.kaggle.com/code/sumitgunjal/digitrecogniser-cnn/notebook). Score for CNN is 0.98 while SVM is getting 0.
\nI compared both output files and about 95% data match in both outputs.
\nIs there any other reason than accuracy that is scoring my SVM submission to 0?

I figured out the problem.

\n

You were submitting floating point numbers not integers.

\n

I have tried it after converting y_test to integers and it works fine now.

\n

Just add the following line of code before the last cell:
\ny_test = y_test.astype(int)

\n
