IoU on a private test set

## Submission File
For each image in the test set, you must predict the bounding boxes on it and output them as a list of `;` separated YOLO format boxes. The file should contain a header and have the following format:

image,boxes
airplane_1,0 0.5 0.1 0.7 0.3
helicopter_18,2 0.1 0.2 0.5 0.1;3 0.6 0.1 0.6 0.23
...
```
