Model performance will be an important part of the overall evaluation for the Project-A Challenge, but not the only factor. Several other factors that address Knowledge Sharing will also be considered. (Point scheme will be announced at a later date via Teams)
- Leaderboard results at the time the Kaggle competition closes, as measured by R-squared; plus assessment of results for the 10 additional (unseen) basins.
- Quality of code and documentation provided in the notebook, assessed from the perspective of assisting others who may reuse your notebook in the future.
- Ability to effectively communicate results and insights to a broad, non-expert audience.
