  "content": "<p>Hi, I'd like to use Theano as a backend for Keras. Since I'm new to this, can someone outline the current procedure to install Theano and its dependencies (i.e. Blas) on python 2.7 environment (im on Window 7)? I tried to follow the steps on some other blog and the deeplearning.net portal, but it's not working. When I train a model, I got error like this:</p>\n\n<p>('The following error happened while compiling the node', Elemwise{Composite{EQ(i0, RoundHalfAwayFromZero(i1))}}(activation_1_target, Elemwise{Composite{scalar_sigmoid((i0 + i1))}}[(0, 0)].0), '\\n', 'DLL load failed: The specified procedure could not be found.', '[Elemwise{Composite{EQ(i0, RoundHalfAwayFromZero(i1))}}(activation_1_target, )]')\"</p>\n\n<p>Thank you!</p>",
