I've tried swapping the columns (switching dog for cat) but it didn't help.</p>\n\n<p>At the same time I manually checked some of the predictions on the test set (by doing a prediction and opening the image by hand), and it seems to work.</p>\n\n<p>It seems that average logloss of 17 is basically a 0% accuracy, right? Is there something else I could be doing wrong?</p>",
