## Submission ##
You must rank the importance of affiliations (i.e. institutions) based on predicting how many of their papers will be accepted. You submission will be scored based on the order of the affiliations. Predicting how many papers will be accepted will inherently rank the affiliations. Your submission file should look like:

## Reproducibility 
The script that produces your submission must reproducible. That is, you must have an end to end solution.  

## Teams ##
