*The Competition named below is a skills-based competition to promote synthetic-to-real object detection. You must register via Kaggle to enter. By participating, you agree to these Rules and confirm your Submissions comply with all requirements.*

**You cannot sign up to Kaggle from multiple accounts and therefore you cannot enter or submit from multiple accounts.**

6. DATA ACCESS AND USE
- Synthetic training data generated via Duality AI's Falcon may be used for **non-commercial use only**
- Real-world test data is strictly for competition evaluation

### 2. COMPETITION-SPECIFIC RULES

#### 1. TEAM LIMITS
a. Maximum team size: **5 members**  

#### 2. SUBMISSION LIMITS
a. **5 submissions/day** during validation phase  
b. **5 final submissions** for private leaderboard scoring

#### 3. COMPETITION TIMELINE

#### 4. COMPETITION DATA
a. **Synthetic Data**:  
   - May be used only for competition participation  
   - Sharing/distribution prohibited  

b. **Real-World Test Data**:  
   - Strictly for generating competition submissions  
   - Reverse engineering not allowed  

c. **Real world Training data**
   - Not allowed for training 
   - Zero shot and pretrained models on real world data not allowed as it breaks the concept of the competition which is Sim2Real.


#### 5. WINNER LICENSE

a. Winners must provide:  
   - Submission.csv file
   - Reproducible training code (on discord) 
   - Model weights  (on discord)
   - Documentation of synthetic data generation (if using Falcon)

#### 6. EXTERNAL DATA & TOOLS
a. **Allowed**:   
   - Pre-trained Object Detection models  
   - Falcon-generated synthetic data  

b. **Prohibited**:  
   - Proprietary datasets requiring paid licenses  
   - Public datasets 
   - Manually labeled test data  

#### 7. ELIGIBILITY
a. Duality AI/Kaggle employees may participate but cannot win prizes  
b. Participants must have legal right to use all submitted data
