College students from across the country will be forecasting the outcomes of the men's 2024 collegiate basketball tournament by submitting a CSV with the win percentages of every possible matchup in the tournament. 

We heavily utilized the existing March Machine Learning Mania 2024 Kaggle competition for Data, Data explanation, and general competition overview. However, we differ in out evaluation metric and submission and in our focus on college students.
