Task
The task is a real-world problem about solar panel energy generation. Solar panels generate electricity throughout a day depending on their location, weather, capacity and efficiency. 
You will build a forecast model in order to minimize the error for forecasts made for all solar panel plants as a total for every hour of next day. In real world, the production data of the current day comes in during the night so for example, when forecasting for hourly productions of March 11, you should consider that the model you are building cannot use the production data of March 10.
