## Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE)
Submissions are scored on the root mean squared error. 
The root mean square error (**RMSE**) is defined as:

where, `EQ` means effluent quality, `i` stands for the data points, `N` is the total number of data points, `B` are the weighting factors for the different types of pollution, `NH` stands for ammonia, `NO` means nitrate.

## Submission File 
For each `DATETIME` row in the `evaluation_online_dataset.csv`, the `EQ_predicted` should be calculated and listed in the submission file. The files should contain a header and have the following format:
