  "content": "<p>Hi,</p>\n\n<p>I am unclear on the relationship between the transactions and \"loyalty score\". The description sets up the problem as a collaborative filtering/ recommendation system where we need to predict which new stores a user would try, but the relation between that and loyalty is unclear to me from data description.</p>\n\n<p>Also is loyalty strictly calculated from visits to \"new\" stores in next two months, or a combination of store visits in last 3 months and new store visits? What about repeated visit to stores (in next 2 months) the customer has been to in past 3 months.</p>\n\n<p>Thank you.</p>",
