Thus, I guess that the cutoff point between historical period and evaluation period is different for all customers. How are historical period and evaluation period defined then? I noticed that some cards have historical purchase date that spans from 2017 to 2018 and their purchase date are only in 2018 during evaluation period. But, some cards have almost one year gap between last purchase in historical period and first purchase in evaluation period. Can anyone explain how is the cut off between historical period and evaluation period is defined? </p>",
