  "content": "<p>In recent 2 days, I tried numerous time in uploading submission file and then making a submission. However,  the  file uploading process never succeeded.  It always hung and never finished., thus I can't make a submission.  Could Kaggle admin please take a look, what has caused the issue?  Thanks.</p>",
