      "content": "<p>Yifan, I aggregated amount by card_id to check monetary value for each card_id and hence found that on the given date 23rd March, MID00a6ca8a8a merchant_id  has a lot of transaction. That's why saw that as a Red Flag. Is still seems suspicious, let me check again.  </p>",
