You cannot sign up to Kaggle from multiple accounts and therefore you cannot submit from multiple accounts.

No private sharing to others
Privately sharing code or data to anyone else is not permitted.
Team Limits
This is an individual participation competition.
Submission
Train your model on the training dataset that has been provided and upload a CSV file containing predictions of your test set.
Follow the format given in sample submission.
Do not submit your notebook as it is visible to all other participants in the competition. Submit your CSV file only.
Only the best submission will be considered for a participant.
Only the top 5 performers need to send their notebooks when asked.
Submission Limits
Limit of 20 submissions per day.

Start Date: 8th June, 6:00 pm IST
End Date: 9th June, 6:00 pm IST
Winner
The winners will be declared after viewing scores across all 2 days and datasets.
The prizes will be given to only the first three positions secured by MIT students.
