However, complete absence of them confuses me also.\r\n<br>\r\nAt least we need to know what type of licensee sponsor expects, what are limitations on software to use.<br>\r\nDecoding &quot;Timeline&quot; one may conclude that competition will be two-step competition with additional final dataset released one week before competition. However is not spelled out anywhere.\r\n<br>\r\nShortly: &quot;More documentations would be nice&quot;</p>",
