  "content": "<p>Just wanted to make sure I get this clear, before I start working out a solution.</p>\n<p>The use of external data (outside of the scope of the training set) is prohibited. This is clear.</p>\n<p>How about the use of established state-of-the-art technologies for text indexing, data mining, machine learning, etc, such as Apache Solr and Mahout? Are they allowed, or the proposed solution must be a script, written entirely from scratch?</p>\n<p>I know that the submission is scored, based on the proximity of the proposed tags to the original ones from the test set. Yet, as said, I want to get this clear, before I start working on a setup.</p>",
