  "content": "<p>Hi,</p>\n<p>I m new to data mining concepts.So I exactly can't understand how to proceed with the competition coz I guess data mining is a vast field.And there are already available datamining tools like MATLAB,etc which does data analysis work...</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>So what are we supposed to do? Can we use these tools or should we use some programming language to get to the solution??</p>\n<p>Please help...</p>",

Some related questions were answered in other topics of the forum, and the conclusion is that you can use whatever tools, programming languages and libraries you like or you think that will be appropriate for this task.&nbsp;</p>",
