Am I eligible for the prize? I have an MS degree in computer science without a 5 years experience.

Anyone can participate if his goal is experience.

"The Competition is open to all individuals over the age of 18 at the time of entry and to all validly formed legal entities that have not declared or been declared in bankruptcy."

I agree with your comment on experience of participation for any qualified participant. Just wanted to clarify if I'm eligible for the prize.

The prize is not a job, but merely an interview, I think you should not have to worry about it by now, if you succeed to get, lets say the 1st place, I think something can be arranged. In my experience with Kaggle competitions, the battle for the Top 10 is going to be strong, so I do not worry for the price while I have a 0.5 score :), I would worry for the price while in Top 5 at least and 1 week to the end of competition.

I've written about this in previous Facebook Recruiting comps, e.g. FR3-1 and FR3-2. Doing well gets eyeballs looking at you, which, trust me, is enormously valuable. The rest of the process is the same as for anyone else.

IANAL but I wouldn't worry about the fine details of the job description. I would be very surprised if you trumped the field without five years of relevant experience in something or other.
